Lipsitz, Ponterio & Comerford, LLC celebrates 25-Year Anniversary of the firm on Friday, September 25th, 2020. John Lipsitz and Michael Ponterio formed Lipsitz, Ponterio & Comerford, LLC in 1995, seeking justice for victims of the asbestos industry. John Comerford joined the firm the same year as a law clerk and later became a partner. The attorneys at Lipsitz, Ponterio & Comerford have a combined total of nearly 100 years of experience representing clients who have been injuriously exposed to asbestos and suffer from catastrophic injuries.
This week, partners John Lipsitz, Michael Ponterio and John Comerford recognized the entire staff at Lipsitz, Ponterio & Comerford, thanking all of them for their work over the past 25 years. Mr. Ponterio stated, “We’ve come a long way. We still have the same passion in 2020 as we did in 1995…. We owe that to all of you, whether you are working remotely from home or are in the office. Many of you have been with us for a good part of the past 25 years and we are proud of our firm and the important people making up the firm today – and that’s all of you. … That’s who we are – we represent our clients and try to make their lives better.”
Partner John Comerford concluded with the remarks, “Our best days are ahead, and we’re just warming up.”
