Mesothelioma Testimonials
Dear Sirs:
I received my check from the State Insurance Fund about June 25, 2002 regarding the asbestos case initiated by my late husband, Anthony Rodio, prior to his death on July 24, 1999. I want to sincerely thank you and the firm for representing us.
My daughters and I deeply appreciate all the work that you did for us and the kind attention that was extended to us.
Sincerely yours,
Mary C. Rodio
Gentlemen:
On behalf of myself and my family, I would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to your firm for all of your professional efforts on Ted's behalf in obtaining the settlements associated with his asbestos cancer. While these funds can never replace the loss of a very special husband, father, and grandfather, Ted's knowing before he died that this settlement would ensure some financial security for myself and college funds for his grandchildren's future helped to give him some peace of mind during his final days here on earth.
Special thanks and recognition to you John (Comerford) for your professional abilities, but more importantly for your compassion, empathy, and genuine caring during the difficult days in Phoenix during the depositions. You made a very difficult and stressful process for Ted bearable.
During Ted's battle with asbestos cancer, we were unable to find support groups relating specifically to this illness. If I can assist any of your asbestos cancer clients or their family members, please feel free to give them my email address (buffcar1@aol.com) or my name and mailing address. I would be most happy to offer my support and empathy, share my experience with this horrible disease and assist them in any way I can.
Again, thanks to each and every one of you!
Sincerely,
Gail LaBrutta
Dear Neil and Company,
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your entire staff for the job you have done for me. Through this difficult time in my life, you all kept fighting for me. When the initial lawsuit fell through, you did not stop fighting for what was legally mine.
At time, I felt discouraged because the obstacles seemed to be impossible to solve, but your team found a different avenue of thought. It was not just the money I was fighting for, but to prove Allied was responsible for taking my husband's life. A person I wished you all could have met and then could understand why I wanted to get back at them for taking him away from me. He was the one who kept me pursuing the lawsuit. He did not want the company to get away with the things they were doing not only to him but the entire corporation.
I am grateful that the case has been settled in an amazing short period of time. I will never get over the loss of Don, but this chapter of my life can now be closed. Your entire company working so hard for me made it much more tolerable for me. Your company always took the time to answer my questions via email or over the phone. I cannot speak for your other clients. All I can say is how I was treated and that was with compassion and respect. Not just as a client but as a person.
Again, without your help and assistance, I would have been left with nothing. You have fulfilled Don's promise to me that I would be cared for while he was alive and now that he has passed. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank each of you for helping me and wish all of you the best that life has to offer.
Sincerely yours,
Judith Kendrick
Dear John and Associates,
I just want to say thank you for all your work. I would never have gotten anything if not for you and your office help. Everyone was so great to me. Now I don't have to worry in my aging years.
Thank you very much,
Mrs. Stringfellow
Dear John Lipsitz:
There are no words left for me to say. Thank you for your kind and gentle professionalism.
Please accept this small token, as you know, George would get a big hoot out of paying for a good lunch one more time!
Always,
Judy Niemiec
I wish to thank everyone again for all they did for Bob and myself. Mr. Ponterio, Mr. Comerford, Mr. Lipsitz, Mr. Gartner. It was very difficult when Bob was so ill. Everyone was kind and understanding.
Thank you.
Lucille Burka
Dear Mr. Lipsitz:
I want to take this opportunity to thank you and your kind staff for the wonderful job you have done for me and my grandson Alex.
I sometimes find it overwhelming to be starting over in a new home. I do know that Daniel will always be present in my heart and soul. Daniel always told me this: "Barbara, you are to keep in touch with John Lipsitz. He will be there to help you and he truly cares about people. He is the man to talk to."
Mr. Lipsitz, I cannot begin to tell you how very grateful I am. I now can move to a location that Daniel wanted me to be at. Mr. Lipsitz, once again, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Mrs. Barbara Krull
Dear Mr. Lipsitz:
I want to "Thank You" for taking my case and always keeping me informed. I was always pleased to get your calls and updates concerning my case.
Your office staff were very courteous and always well informed. My calls were returned. Thank you for your perseverance on my behalf. It has made a great difference in my life. I am able to look to the future with the realization I can have a good life and I am able to help my family in many ways. I am sure my husband has looked down at us and said, "My pain and suffering has all been worthwhile and I have taken care of my family."
Sincerely,
Rolla R. Becker
