What are my rights as a client?

You have the right to an attorney who is capable of handling your case competently and vigorously from start to finish. You have the right to be treated with courtesy and consideration at all times. Your telephone calls will not go unanswered at Lipsitz & Ponterio, LLC. You have the right to be charged a fee that is reasonable and the right to have the fee arrangement completely and fully explained to you at the beginning of your relationship with us. We will keep you informed of the status of your case. Also, as a client of Lipsitz & Ponterio you will have the right to privacy in dealing with your attorney and to have all of your confidential communications protected at all times.
