Mold Yard Worker Describes His Exposure to Asbestos Containing Materials at Lackawanna Plant

Our client was employed at the Bethlehem Steel Lackawanna Plant for over 30 years.   During his career, he worked in the open hearth and in the mold yard. Our client's exposure can be directly related to asbestos insulation boards that lined the hot tops in the mold yard. On a daily basis, our client replaced and installed asbestos insulation boards manufactured by Foseco and Ferro. Our client's exposure to asbestos ultimately caused him to develop asbestosis and lung cancer.
