We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

Associate Attorney

Downtown Buffalo plaintiffs’ personal injury firm, with a strong concentration in area of products liability, seeks to hire an applicant with a JD degree who has been recently admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Firm represents many retired and disabled workers suffering from occupational diseases. Responsibilities to include fact investigation, client and witness interviews, depositions and handling mediations and arbitrations. Firm especially interested in newly admitted attorneys with work experience outside of the legal field.

Law Clerk:

We are seeking a student entering their second or third year of law school to do research, help draft motions and work on other various projects on a part time basis (15 hours/week). Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Westlaw Database a plus.
